Returns and refunds
PriceHunter doesn't sell products. When you click “Get this price”, you're sent to the retailer's site and your purchase is governed by their returns policy and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Major retailers
PB Tech, JB Hi-Fi, Noel Leeming, Harvey Norman, Mighty Ape and The Warehouse all honour 15–30 day return windows on new electronics in resaleable condition.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act every retailer must repair, replace or refund products that are faulty, not as described, or unsafe — regardless of their store policy.
Change of mind
Not all retailers accept change-of-mind returns. Check the receipt or product page before you buy.
Cashback
ShopBack cashback can be voided if you return the purchase. If you keep part of an order, partial cashback usually still tracks.
